Yoga on the Sonnensteg

Once a week from June to the end of August

We invite you to spend an hour with yourself. Yoga is a magnificent opportunity to relax your body and mind, reduce stress, and become more flexible and stronger. It doesn't matter how nimble or inflexible you are.  

In addition to physical exercises (asanas), this class also consists of breathing exercises and meditation. Learn techniques that you can wonderfully integrate into your everyday life in order to create an oasis of peace and tranquility. No previous experience is necessary.
