Check-In: on the day of arrival from 14.00 to 19.00 hrs
Check-Out: on the day of departure until 10.00 a.m.

Pets: only by written agreement
- Dogs must be kept on a lead on the hotel grounds.
- Unfortunately, four-legged friends are not allowed on the bathing jetties and in the dining rooms, nor in the bed or on the couch.
- We charge € 9.00 per day and dog for cleaning, excluding food.
Discounts for children with two full-paying adults in the room: only for rooms with breakfast (not in apartments and rooms with kitchenette):
- Children up to 2 years: free
- From 2 to 10 years: 50% discount
- From 10 to 17 years: 20% reduction
- Baby cribs are available free of charge on request (limited number!)
Quiet times: Reduce music to room volume from 21.00 in the evening until 07.00 in the morning (parties/events/barbecues are not permitted)

Local and overnight tax: is € 2.70 per person and is included in the room price.
The bill: is to be paid in cash or with an ATM/EC card.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The provisions of the General Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply, as well as the cancellation conditions specified therein if it is not a direct booking.
Our cancellation conditions for direct bookings 2024:
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the agreed booking price will be charged.
- Cancellation from one week before arrival: 70% of the agreed booking price will be charged, also for late arrival and early departure.
Recommendation: Take out cancellation insurance through european travel insurance
