From the lake to the mountain peak. - The Gerlitzen gives you the opportunity to enjoy a unique combination of mountain and lake. Here you can go for a ride with the panorama cable cars up the mountain in the morning and enjoy sweet idleness at the bathing beach in the afternoon – or the other way round, just as you please.
Nordic walking at 1,500 m altitude on the Gerlitzen. – In the area of the Kanzelhöhe cable cars middle station at 1,500 m above sea level there are several marked Nordic walking trails of various difficulty levels. Step by step you can boost your cardiovascular system, with the cool mountain air as a pleasant refreshment for body and soul on hot days.
Hiking, relaxing, being pampered. – With easy to walk, surfaced and marked panoramic paths, the Gerlitzen invites you to walk, have a rest and enjoy. Many rustic mountain huts are located close by the chairlifts and cable cars and the hiking paths. On the lush green Alpine pastures and while being well taken care of by friendly, social hosts, Carinthian home-style cooking tastes best!
